Inward becomes a traceable lot
Every receipt starts with party, challan, lot, quality, fabric, roll/piece and quantity. The ERP preserves that identity even when the quantity later splits across processes.
TEXTILES / LOT-BASED ERP
Textile operations change quantity and state at every stage. We design the ERP so lot identity, process movement, rework, packing and commercial delivery stay synchronized even when the flow is partial or repeated.
AT A GLANCE
Textile ERP software connects greige or input fabric receipt, lot and roll traceability, processing batches, dyeing or finishing, quality checking, rework, packing, bale creation, dispatch, billing and stock reconciliation in one operational model.
TEXTILE ERP / LIVE OPERATING MODEL
A scroll-driven view of how lot identity, process state, quality, packing and commercial delivery stay connected. The screen changes as the business state changes — the way a real ERP should.
Every receipt starts with party, challan, lot, quality, fabric, roll/piece and quantity. The ERP preserves that identity even when the quantity later splits across processes.
Create dyeing, printing, washing or finishing batches; allocate valid quantity; record machine/process route, recipes, output and process loss.
Checking records shade, cut, second, reject and accepted quantity. Re-dyeing or refinishing becomes a controlled branch instead of an invisible correction.
Create bale or packing from one lot or valid quantities across multiple lots. The commercial requirement is fulfilled without breaking source-lot lineage.
Packed stock moves once, transporter and delivery references are captured, and billing stays linked to the original lot and customer transaction.
END-TO-END BUSINESS FLOW
Select any stage or watch the flow advance automatically. Each step explains the transaction state and the business rule behind it.
Capture party, challan, lot, quality, fabric and opening quantity. The lot becomes the traceable source for downstream movement.
State: RECEIVED · Stock: GREYCreate a program or requirement and allocate eligible quantity without losing original lot identity.
Rule: allocation cannot exceed valid available stockCreate process batches, issue quantity and record output, loss, shade, re-dyeing or refinishing when needed.
State: IN PROCESS · Exception: REWORKRecord checking results such as shade, cut, second, reject, piece type and measurable output.
Rule: accepted and rejected quantities remain reconcilablePack by lot or combine valid quantities across lots when the commercial requirement is based on total delivery quantity.
State: PACKED · Traceability preserved to source lotsConfirm dispatch, transporter and delivery documents. Packed stock moves to dispatched state once the commercial handoff occurs.
State: DISPATCHED · Stock reduced onceGenerate billing from dispatched commercial quantity and keep lot/process history linked for reporting.
Financial state: BILLED / OUTSTANDINGINTERNAL TOPICS
These are not isolated modules. Their transactions and quantities affect one another, so the data model and workflow must be designed together.
Build the traceability base for every meter, piece or kilogram entering the system.
Separate available grey, issued process quantity, WIP and finished output so the same stock is not counted twice.
Track batch grouping, machine/process context and production result while retaining lot linkage.
Create controlled rework paths without changing the commercial identity of the original lot.
Capture piece-level or quantity-level quality outcomes and shade decisions before packing.
Support partial packing, repeated packing of the same lot, bale sequence and lot/batch mixing when operationally valid.
Prevent dispatch from exceeding packed/eligible stock and keep transporter or delivery information synchronized.
Bill the correct commercial source while production or rework history remains operational detail.
EXCEPTION LOGIC
Good ERP design explains what happens when the normal plan changes. Switch between scenarios to see how the system should respond.
The system should allocate only the required quantity, preserve the remaining balance and allow the same lot to be packed and dispatched again later.
The packing transaction can pull eligible quantity from multiple lots, while each packed line keeps its source lot and the bale carries the combined commercial quantity.
The affected quantity moves to a rework state. Production history changes, but the commercial lot identity remains consistent for packing and billing.
MANAGEMENT OUTCOME
When business logic is connected correctly, operational status and management reporting stay aligned.
See grey, WIP, finished, packed and dispatched balances without manual reconciliation.
Trace a packed or billed quantity back through lot, batch, checking and rework history.
Know which quantities are blocked, rejected, awaiting rework or available for the next action.
Keep dispatch, billing and outstanding connected to the operational quantities actually delivered.
We can model the normal flow
and the exceptions together.
